Educational Qualification:-

1. Matriculation OR its equivalent from a recognized University/Board with Hindi/Sanskrit as a compulsory subject.
2. Certificate in General Nursing and midwifery from a recognized institution OR equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. OR (B.Sc /M.Sc. Nursing)
   
   

Application fee:- Rs. 400/- for General Category male candidates and Rs. 200/- for female candidates (Haryana domiciles only) and Rs.100/- for Reserved Category male candidates (Haryana Domiciles only) and Rs. 50/- for reserved category female candidates (Haryana domiciles only).

Application Form:- Application forms are available at HDFC Bank, Model Town Branch, Rohtak on cash payment or by crossed Indian Postal Order in the name of the Controller of Finance, Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak by post. Candidate must clearly state the name of the post for which form is required and also give his/her name and address in block letters. If the form is required by post, a self-addressed envelope (23×10 cm), duly affixed postal stamp worth Rs.40/-, may be sent along with the request.

How to apply:- Interested candidates are required to submit duly filled the applications on the prescribed form along with attested copies of testimonials/academic certificate/ experience certificate & should be signed. Two passport sized photographs, duly attested, to be affixed on the application form sent to Assistant Registrar (Recruitment & Establishment Cell) Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak on or before 21st February 2014
