Educational qualification:
Candidates willing to apply should possess a degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from a recognised university. Also, candidates should have qualified matriculation with Hindi/ Punjabi as one of the subjects. Besides, the candidates should possess proficiency in computer operations.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the written test which will be conducted to test English skills and General Knowledge proficiency.
Pay Scale:
Rs 10, 300-34, 800 + Rs3, 200 grade pay
