For the post of Lower Division Clerk (LDC): The candidates applying for this post should have passed class XII or an equivalent qualification from a recognised board. The candidates should possess a typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi on computer.
For the post of Technician: The candidates applying for this post should possess an Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in any one of the trades such as Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Radio & Television Mechanic, Wireman, Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance or its equivalent Defence Services Tradesman Course approved as such by the Central Government or State Government.
For the post of Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) (Sanitary): The candidates applying for this post should have passed class X or equivalent examination from a recognised board.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Rs5, 200-20, 200 + grade pay Rs1, 900
Technician (Semi Skilled): Rs 5, 200-20, 200 + grade pay Rs1, 800
